	One-time set-up fee: US$120
	Customization package annual fee: US$50

The customization package gives you access to logo upload, URL customization, custom cover pages, custom test-taker fields etc.

You will be charged a one-time setup fee. You will then only be charged for the tests that you use. Testing fees are billed on a monthly basis, based on the number of completed tests. Please contact us for detailed pricing information.
